A very heavy watch
Plus points:Fast delivery, well packaged and appears to be very good quality. Certainly as good as I could expect for the price as these are relatively inexpensive watches.Negatives:The watch is very heavy and so does not always stay in place on my wrist when doing DIY and gardening. I bought a version with a metal braclet (maybe the leather strapped versions are better) and needed to remove a link from the braclet to get it to fit. Unfortunately the supplied tool broke as soon as I tried using it. I contacted the supplier and they sent a replacement reasonably quickly.Would have given 5 stars if the watch had been a little lighter.

As good as a cheap watch can be
You really can't expect much out of a watch that costs less than 100 quid, let alone less than 50, so the bar was set accordingly, but this watch did exceed expectations. Aside from the logo, which is fairly large and I personally don't like the design, it's a fantastic looking watch out of the box. No idea how it's going to hold up to wear and tear (again, very low expectations here), but from a purely visual aspect it really is fantastic. You can tell its a cheap watch as soon as you pick it up by it's weight and just the feel of it. The strap is fairly noisy as and makes noises as you move your hand around, but again, I would expect nothing less from a cheap metal bracelet. In terms of comfort, I wouldn't really consider it a watch for daily use, but it's fine for nights out or formal occasions etc. This watch does exactly what it's designed to do. It looks like a nice watch without the cost of a nice watch. All of its negative points are down to its cheap construction, so can't be held against it for the price, and importantly, they are generally only noticed by the user, not the people around you. I would definitely recommend this watch for those looking for a cheap fancy watch, but for anyone looking for a quality watch, this is not the one, as is reflected in the price.

Poor quality
This watch showed so much promise. To be fair it looks great and better than a £40 watch and I was looking forward to wearing it on a forthcoming holiday to the Caribbean. Now I may be a nerd, but I like my watches to show the correct time - that is for the second hand to be reasonably aligned with the time of day and the minute hand to track appropriately. With this watch, every time I tried to set it to the correct time and pushed the crown to re-start the watch, the minute hand jumped either back or forward to a half minute point. So a clear indication of the time to the minute was ambiguous. If that wasn’t bad enough, when I tried to use the stopwatch facility, it wouldn’t reset to zero afterwards, instead “zeroing” to some random point around 37 min and 55 seconds. Cant be bothered to return it – chucked it in the bin.

Arrived with dead battery
Opened the box and immediately noticed that there was no clear film on the glass and that the crown had not been pulled out or protected. The watch was not in working order, simply did not work. I took it to the jeweler who commented that the item was most likely second hand, however the back housing where the mechanism and the battery had never been opened before. It turned out all that was needed was a new battery, so the watch now works and so far two weeks after purchase it tells the time correctly. One thing I would comment on is that the leather strap feels very cheap and flimsy. It does not look like in the photos. It looks more like rubber than leather and the buckle is small and weak, so It will be replaced by real leather heavy buckle alternative. Overall, not bad for the money, but budget for a battery and strap change on top..

Five star
I have bought a few of these watches for my partner as they have so many to choose from and for a brilliant price. All have worked perfectly well and look great too.
