This is AWESOME
Easy to grip, sturdy to poke, cleanable. Worth the cost. I pushed hard on my trigger points and soon felt the resistant, tight muscle begin to throb like it has at the chiro's office with needle treatment. Then my left shoulder & arm relaxed. Ahhhh. This may not totally cut out your treatment visits, but if you can get more relief at home, it will probably cut those down; and every medical dollar spent these days is expensive! Plus we deserve immediate relief, not have to wait 3+ days to get help. This is a great, non-invasive, self-use tool. It's metal, smooth, effective. The scallop handle helps you keep your grip. The blunt poker tip will not pierce your skin, provides pressure to tell that devious muscle it is out of control and needs to cool it. A felt case keeps it clean and looking nice. If you need help finding trigger points, YT has videos.

Fabulous
It’s darn near perfect for its purpose. Came in a timely manner, efficiently packaged. I’m a neuromuscular therapist and wanted one to use with my patients to save my fingers. It’s sturdy, easy to clean, and just feels so solid and high quality. I’ve bought similar tools of different materials in the past but this one makes them all look so shabby now.The only thing I’d change is the bit of edge that it has on it. I would have liked it more rounded and I know there were other reviews the mentioned that as well but I bought it anyways and have no regrets. The edge hasn’t seemed to effect it’s use or cause it to be uncomfortable to my patients.

Finally relief
I used this product as soon as I received it. Since I was so tense around my neck and shoulders I could only use it a few seconds at a time, but with those few seconds I felt instand relief. This has been the only thing that has given some relief from my tense neck and shoulders. I have a message chair and no matter how long I sat on it, it did not lessen the tension. I also have a plastic hand held massager with balls at four ends of it and that to did not provide relief either. Love this product only which it was a little longer and maybe have other trigger points to reach other parts of my back.

Works great for massage around the spine
Great for pointed pressure on hard to reach specific regions, like the para spinal muscle groups up close to the bones. It's a little "poky" feeling however. Almost too pointy for a broad kind of pressure that is needed while working on muscle belly areas of the body. Easy to clean love the stainless steel.

It saves his fingers!
I get a lot of tension in my right shoulder, around the 10 o’clock position. Much of this is due to stress but I also struggle with poor posture likely secondary to my fatigue with multiple sclerosis. My shoulder knot gets so bad that it hurts my neck and down my arm. He used to work it out with the handle of a screwdriver once his thumbs wore out. But since he has this new gadget, we achieve the same in the fraction of time and with little effort.

Sturdy, not practical.
I'm a massage therapist for about 18 years, most of my clients look for deep Tissue and trigger points work. I saw this tool and I was very excited. But it have a big problem, the pointer corner it's NOT rounded, what makes it very uncomfortable to the client. I'm not using it at all because of that, I found another one plastic, that it's awesome. So just keep this is mind before buying it

Works great for digging out knots!!
I have no issue with this product what so ever. It is hefty and higher quality than any plastic muscle massager I have come across. I purchased it to put pressure on knots and tension areas where I have been injured previously. Normally I just apply pressure with my fingers or a pencil (eraser side down) but that got old so I made the investment for this and boy am I glad I did. I have only had it for a week and already it has made a huge improvement in a really tough knot in my back from doing pull ups a few years ago. As long as you have someone else to massage areas that you can't put pressure on yourself then this thing is perfect. Plus if the sides of the thin point are too much of an edge than I have use both points of the handle for muscle scraping and pressure. It is a very handy tool that every fitness person could use. It even came with a cool brown bag thing with a button closure. I don't regret this purchase at all. Only thing I might change would be add maybe a rubberized grip to the handle? Idk just spitballing

Don’t like the squared end of tool...
I like the concept of this tool. I have an area of my back that can take a lot of pressure and I thought this would be the perfect tool for my husband to use on me. However, the end of the tool is squared, not round. I wish it was like a ball at the bottom. Because the square bottom really hurts my skin. But the tool is pretty good weight, it’s not flimsy or weak. It came with a little pouch to store it in which was nice. I still use it sometimes but you can’t really rub it around on your skin or twist on a pressure point. Well at least for me...I find it uncomfortable. But if you wouldn’t mind...then this would definitely be a great tool for you. If anything else...it makes a great weapon. You could definitely toss this at someone and slow them down! Lol
