T-Bar Massage Tool - Myofascial & Foot Reflexology Massager, Stainless Steel, Heavy Duty

The perfect weight, the perfect size for my medium-small hand. I barely have to exert myself to get pressure on a trigger point.I have at least five other "thumb" tools, made of wood, stone, and plastic. They barely get used. This one has the best ease-to-use - to - effectiveness ratio and I'm already using it more than all the others.I did hesitate to invest in this since I already had those other tools, but I am so surprised at how much I love it!

I've had a persistent knot in my neck for years, and this small and sturdy tool helps me work it out without straining my arm or hand. I love the petite size because it fits in a travel bag or small drawer. Works great for my needs!

I am currently in school for massage therapy and this tool has been great for getting into trigger points and working into muscles without putting extra strain on the thumbs and wrists. It is a little pricey but it is one solid piece of steel and will last forever so it is a one time investment and well worth the price.

I'm a LMT that treats patients in a PT and mobile environments, so my hands -- especially my thumbs -- work hard. I have purchased many tools to save my hands and thumb over the years, but this one was the best tool out there. I use this along with the TTool and it's generally all I need in this regard.Three things about this tool is:1. It allows precision on most trigger points (used with good oil/cream/lotion), which is pretty much the objective of most of my patients.2. Feedback is amazing with the way it's designed.3. I don't have to hyperextend and put excessive pressure my thumbs, which is one of the biggest banes and career-killers of bodywork/massage therapy. I only use my thumbs to lightly palpate when needed.Only two things that I have learned to be aware of with this tool from my experience:1. It is heavy and can be slippery. Exercise caution and cognizance of this when handling this tool, especially in the instances when you first grab for it. Grip it well as you want to make sure it's in your hands and not land on your client/patient.2. This may sound like a "duh" point, but make sure to clean/disinfect well in between patients/clients as there is a small silicone sleeve that is a part of this tool (to ensure comfort and better grip for in between fingers). I can imagine that, if it's not cleaned thoroughly in between sessions, it can develop molding or bacteria. This isn't something that will dock a star off for me, but taking the extra time to clean and disinfect your tools, especially this one, is time well spent.

I bought this tool 10 weeks prior to writing my review. It was one of those love at first sight impulse purchases that actually ended up being worth every dollar. I’ve collected a few pain management products over the past year (Chirp Wheels, Back Buddy, Nobby Foam Rollers, Theragun Pro, etc). None are quite as effective at quick deep tissue pain relief as this.In my 10 week period of use, I’ve kept it on my office desk next to my keyboard as a reminder for a little self care. I typically use it on my neck and upper shoulders with circular massage technique for about 2-3 minutes when needed. The weight of it feels great and really helps dig into stubborn areas. This tool genuinely relieves discomfort & pain in short order.What drove me to write this review was my experience tonight. I brought it home with me because I’ve been having some neck pain. I really wanted to put it to the test so I got a CBD massage balm out, turned off the lights and set my intention on pain relief. Before today, it hasn’t occurred to me to use a balm with this tool, but wow — it takes massage to another level. The way it glides through knots is amazing. After about 30 minutes of working my neck, back, jaw, arms, hips, legs and feet, I feel great and so relaxed.10/10, would recommend this tool to anyone experiencing analysis paralysis from all the different tools on the market. There’s nothing out there that matches this tool in my opinion. Consider your purchase as an act of kindness towards yourself and certainly think about gifting another to a friend or family member. I plan on using this as my daily driver for pain relief at this point.As a side note, I love the compact portable size. If you’ve considered bringing pain management to work but avoided it due to awkward transportation of tools, this is the answer to that. It fits comfortably in a sweatpants pocket & it isn’t too heavy. I will say again — the weight distribution in hand feels really nice.I hope my general experience helps the reader give this product a chance. Thank you to the creator, you did an awesome job!

I don't have large hands... I'd say small to medium. I found that when my hand wraps around the base of the T-bar, the diameter is just too small to really get a great grip without squeezing hard to keep it from slipping. This little thing really does work and is soooo helpful for getting into spots. I just wish that the diameter of the bar was bigger to give me more support. I tried wrapping a wash cloth around it, but that really wouldn't stay without some serious taping or anchoring in some way.

Every Little mum product I’ve bought has been extremely high quality. I wish I bought this sooner. I recommend them to everyone. I feel better now than I have in years
