The product details here in Amazon says, it works vertically and horizontally. But I don't find it mentioned anywhere on the product, once I received. I tried using it horizontally.. It worked but not efficiently. Also, it spilled many water droplets on the cloth while using horizontally. So I stopped using it horizontally. Using it vertically is easy and effective as well.. It removed wrinkles easily and quickly. I used to iron my Jeans and it worked magically. I am satisfied with its performance. There is 1 more issue I felt. While emptying the water container, one can't drain out water completely. Due to its shape (Water Container Shape), water gets stuck in the container finally. I hope, it is not a big deal.. but I feel, water sud be drained completely to avoid water hardness accumulation in container.

i bought a garment steamer 1 year back , worst quality , worst customer careits leak water after use 4-5 times and even no one ready to hear , i ma not going to buy any inalsa product in future

The media could not be loaded. I hate ironing clothes with regular iron.. it needs a set up..n time taking.. but this is much easier.. just hang the cloth.. touch the machine over it.. n it's done . FASTER. SAFER HASSLE FREE.. my husband never used an iron.. but he uses this steamer easily.. n doesn't bother me for his ironed clothes..heheAlso you don't need to adjust the cloth again n again.. just hang it.. all area of cloth can be covered at one go without adjusting it.. you just need to turn it once.. for back iron..Not too heavy . Easy to hold.. good gripNo complaints with delivery too.. well packed.. all parts at place

20/08/2020: Easy to use though requires refilling after ironing max 3-4 pieces of clothing. Maybe they can increase the size of water container. If you are looking for perfect ironing then steam irons are not recommended. They can iron casual items but if you are in a corporate office then go buy a regular iron.Update 13/09/2020: turned it on for my second use after 2-3 weeks and it is not working. When I plug it in & turn on the switch the light doesn’t turns on but after a couple of minutes I realised that the top part of steamer is getting hot but pressing the steam button does nothing not a single burst of steam comes out of it. Disappointed, didn’t expect it to break down after just one use. Now I will have to experience Inalsa’s service.14/09/2020: called the customer service several times they put me on hold for 4-5 minutes each time with a recorded message playing that my call will be answered according to its position in queue, after playing this message for 4-5 minutes the call disconnects automatically. If they can’t respond to a customer then they do not have any right to be in this business, changing my ratings from 4 to 1 due to the apathetic nature of Inalsa.14/09/2020: finally got through to their customer care and reported the issue, was told that a technician will visit my home in 2-3 days & see if it can be fixed here or needs to be sent to service centre. Received a call from local state office to confirm the issue with the product & was told that a technician will visit today. Full marks for prompt response.Just a suggestion for Inalsa, get a quieter place for customer care reps, everyone is screaming on top of their lungs & please allow customers to stay on hold for a longer period(30minutes) rather then disconnecting their phone by force when they are calling to connect to a customer care rep.

The media could not be loaded. This product is the most amazing product I've ever bought! The MRP is 5095/- but I got it at 1995/-, and it's totally worth the price! It heats up super quickly, is super easy to use, doesn't cause back pains like regular ironing does, and turns clothes wrinkle free in a matter of seconds.However, I did notice that there is some leakage when the product is used in a horizontal position and clothes are placed on the bed. It gets super hot so be very careful not to burn yourself. Use a hanger to hang the clothes while you steam them vertically, for best results. It also comes with a one year warranty. The wire is a bit short, and the product is pretty heavy so not all that portable. It's an electricity hog at 1200W, but makes life so much easier. Taking off a star for these issues. The product comes with two options, one of steam on demand by pressing the button, or continuous steam using the locking function where you push the button downwards.Overall, the product is the best thing I've ever used and I'm never going back to regular ironing again! Such a easy handling product,we can easily iron our mother and sister dresses without any stress or laziness..it is user friendly product but keep it away from children because it's steam is really hot one.over all a good product for RS -1995
