I grew up on 4711.... It was my Mom's perfume, and my Mom's side of the family is German. I tried this scent, just because, and love it.

Carebean in a bottle.

I was really excited to try this fragrance based on the product description and reviews. The item I received smells like a bright, more summery version of Ivory-like soap. Bleh! Very cheaply soapy. No coconut, frangi pani, star anise or watermelon detected in the bottle I received. In this instance, it’s a good thing in this case this product doesn’t linger or last very long as I did not want to smell Ivory on me all day. COMPLETE waste of $$. And neither friends or family like the scent either. I can’t even find someone to give it to. Maybe I got a bad bottle.

This is the first 4711 that I've tried, I saw a review by The Perfume Guy on YouTube so I had to try it. It's soft and a bit powdery, very delicious, I love it, great for every day.

I wasn't able to buy the sample set so I purchased full bottle of Zanzibar whatever it is. One whiff and slight dab got me thinking to whom I could gift it this Xmas. To get rid of. Powdery annoying stench I had to wipe off with rubbing alcohol. I keep saying simple pure 4711 original is the way ago but seem to keep my hopes up that something new will rank up there. I'm still looking.

This is a warm scent. Hints of sandalwood.

This is an enjoyable summer cologne for anyone.

Well wrapped, honestly I managed my expectations but it exceeded them beyond. The smell is divine.

Der Geruch ist sehr aussergewöhnlich, verliert jedoch relativ schnell an Intensität. Sonst würde ich volle Punkte geben.Daher dosiere ich ihn recht hoch. Da lohnt sich auf jeden Fall der Kauf der größeren Flasche. So ist der Duft langfristig um einiges günstiger
