Pik Eggless Cake Mix - Red Velvet, 250 grams

It is a 150g cake mix. But believe me, it makes a big cake in just one pouch. The cake was super soft and so spongy.It is not at all sweet, so you need to add cream or something. The red velvet flavour was awesome.You just need to add hot water and mix the content and then put it in a greased bowl, and either bake it in a microwave or in a pressure cooker.The after baking, you can apply cream or add colourful confetti which i also bought from amazon.

Color was bright and taste was also fine as I was looking for low sugar content. Easy to make. But it turned out harder than expected

Not bad! But there was so much colour in this that my whole tongue👅 got red after eating😐....but the cake was soft and came out well.... although the flavour was not that good....I made it a chocolate version....

I used 2 eggs, 100 ml milk and the cake turned out super spongy n soft. It has very less sugar but that's good cos this needs sugar syrup. It's a sponge mixture so don't expect it to be edible on it's own. U need to add sugar syrup and cream cheese frosting between layers. Don't over bake it or it will turn dry.

The media could not be loaded. Not good nor bad,,taste is nothing special,after bake it becomes too hard nt that soft like vinalla one.

The cake turned out to be perfect with the right colour, softness, texture, crust and beautiful unintentional dome which looked beautiful later.Tried this in combination with homemade Carrot cake and vanilla whipped cream and some fresh citrus fruits to cut down a bit on sweetness of cake and frosting.

Its a test less mix...you need to add suger but its not mentioned in the pack..if you don't it's totally test less and smells like cupboard.

One of the best cake mix I've ever had..I could make a soft and spongy perfect pan made red velvet cake at my hostel ...I am fully satisfied and would recommend anyone esp those staying at hostel who wants to make cake..just need water and oil...and moreover it's eggless....
