I really enjoy taking this supplement! I can definitely tell that my anxiety has been better and I even refrain from taking a nap during the day when I have these! There is no jitters and it’s a nice change without being too much. I have treatment resistant depression so I’m literally always yawning with low energy, I can tell the natural ingredients help. The only downfall is that if you don’t swallow carefully you can feel it kind of hanging in your throat for awhile so I definitely recommend taking one at a time!

I’ve been taking this supplement for a few weeks and can really tell a difference in my level of focus and my sleep. I’m a teacher and am working on my masters and I need all the focus I can get. I’ve noticed myself being able to focus way longer than I used to. I’ve also noticed that I am falling asleep much faster than I used to! I’m asleep within five minutes of turning my light off. Beware....look at your bottle ingredients and compare it to the ingredient list in the picture advertisement on this sellers amazon page. Theyre false advertising and im disappointed. I also felt hot and began to sweat after taking.....i will try it again but slowly with 1 capsule not 2.....which I'm mad about because the ingredients aren't what was advertised. See my pic

I really needed help with adrenal fatigue and other issues, so I tried this product because of the great list of natural ingredients that it contained. I needed something that would help me feel energized without just being another form of caffeine. After less than 2 weeks of taking this, I already feel my energy levels more sustained and more energy, but not stressed. I also think this is a great supplement for someone looking for a natural solution to low energy, adrenal issues, etc. Highly Recommend!
