Great capsules that really help with my digestion
I've been using this brand for about six months now, recently they switched to using capsules which I much prefer as they are much easier to swallow and don't smell anywhere near as much as the pills did. I find taking these with my meals makes digestion much easier and I no longer suffer from bloating

60 day supply, so good value if you can tolerate the taste and smell
Capsules are rather big, and a dose of 3 a day can be rather off putting.The shape and smoothness of the capsules do make them easy to swallow if your good with taking tablets.However upon opening the tub the smell of vinager is overpowering, I initially brought this as an alternative to the ACV gummies as I didn't like the taste, however these do unfortunately still have the same vinager taste which is a shame.Have also found that it can also repeat on you hours later especially if you suffer heartburn or indigestion.You do however get 60 days worth, so are good value for money if you can tolerate the vinegar smell/ taste
