Lid incomplete
Lid came incomplete, box was in shambles. Good thing I had ordered silicone lids too. Other than that, mug is great!

Cheaply packed
First one I received was broken in seven pieces. The next cup arrived a week later in good shape. Really like the quality of the cup.
