Amazing supplement that gives you great workout stamina and energy!
Seriously Love this supplement! It supercharges your workout session, and gives you a great feeling for hours after you take it. When my supply runs out I get nervous and run to GNC to buy Leucine but it never compares to the feeling I get from this particular brand. My only quip is that they are often on back order and the shipping is slow, but the product is top notch!

easy to swallow
I've just started taking this, but I'm a 58-year-old runner, and in the two weeks I've been taking it, my run recoveries "seem" to be better. It could just be in my head. I'm a big fan of Source Naturals products, and I use several of them.

It is hard to find Leucine supplements. Correctly labeled with good expiry date. Do I feel any different? No. I am taking in combination with my metformin as there is some data to suggest that the combination may be better than metformin alone
