Best Honey EVER!
It is exactly as promised on the label. It is raw, unfiltered, unprocessed, completely pure organic honey in the form nature intended. So fresh and smooth, it has a wonderfully delicious flavor that puts the typical processed honeys lining the store shelves to absolute shame. First off, you will notice that THIS honey is NOT a clear amber color like processed honeys are, and that is because all this ones nutrients, minerals, and all the bee propolis, traces of pollen, and bee jelly are all still intact (which is a GOOD thing) because they have not been filtered out. It is not runny, because it has not been heated (or the live enzymes would have been killed, like in processed honeys)so it is not going to be drippy. Yet, it is not too hard either. It is easily scoopable, smooth, and sooo very creamy. Easily spreadable for toast. If you DO want it runny for whatever reasons, the best way (and easiest) is to simply scoop out what you want into a small bowl and place the bowl into hot water that was heated on the stove (so its hot enough). The honey will quickly melt down into a soft liquid pool without losing the nutrients, enzymes and so forth. The health benefits this type of honey has to offer you is the very reason why Raw Honey like this are actually so affordable in the long run. Because this one has all the things nature created in it still intact, it is like a Health boosting Powerhouse! Very antiviral/antibacterial, honeys like this will boost your immune system and help fight off any viruses or bacteria that is making you sick, which is the very reason I started buying Raw honeys in the first place. But this one is by far the best I have ever tasted. The size of the container is great too for the price. I went to a local grocery store and found Raw honey simular to this in only a 4 ounce jar for $7 whole dollars! Now THAT is spendy. But this one, being a 22 ounce container is only a few bucks more. It definately pays to shop online! The only thing I wish was different was that it came in a Glass jar and not a plastic one, as there is evidence that the chemicals in plastics can be absorbed into the food its carrying. Otherwise, simply amazing honey. I really can't get enough.

Fits the Bill and the Budget
I'm a honey lover, and the more I read about its benefits, the more I love it. But in reading about the benefits of honey, I learned that not all honeys are created equal. The clear stuff you buy in the grocery store? Yeah, it's very little "honey" by the time it's bottled. I didn't know that, but I learned through research. By the same token, I learned that real raw honey contains all kinds of wonderful goodness for your body, with such surprising benefits as improving resistance to allergies (dependent, however, on the flowers from which the bees forage) and boosting immunity. In truth though, all that is neither here nor there. I chose this honey for two reasons: I wanted a sugary snack to replace a candy bar (and believe me, a spoonful is sweet enough to do just that), and I wanted something that tasted truly wonderful. This is, without a doubt, the best tasting honey I've ever had. It is so unbelievably good, I wanted to go back for ten more spoonfuls. I have always enjoyed honey, including bites with the actual honeycomb, but honestly, Y.S.'s honey just beats anything I've ever tried before.I put it in my Matcha green tea for a wonderfully sweet layer of flavor, or I eat a spoonful to satisfy a craving. It's a taste that lingers, too, unlike the quick fix from a candy bar that leaves you wanting another. I can still taste the last spoonful I had a half hour ago.You cannot pour this kind of honey--you must spoon it. It has an appearance/texture of congealed bacon grease (but don't worry, it's not gross, just different), and it's extremely soft to the touch. Scrape it with your fingertip, and you'll get nice little curlicues of yumminess. It dissolves readily in my tea without any effort. The container is large, so you get a lot for your money.I'm not an organic guru or anything like that, so I don't know much about the complaints on here about organic labeling, etc. I just want a yummy honey that's generally better for me. This fits the bill and my budget, and I will be a customer for life.

trully sweet & delicious!
wow i sure have been missing out in my 40+ years on this earth! I have never been much of a fan of honey, they always leave a chemical like taste in my mouth so i avoid honeys and pretty much everything that has honey in it. i only bought this here raw honey to use in a rosacea friendly face mask recipe, the raw honey was on the hard side so it was a bit hard to work with (i had forgotten i could melt it some as direction on product page stated) but, eventually melted into my mix with little lumps left. I wanted to see what the hype was with this raw honey so i decided to lick the honey still stuck on teaspoon and wow, it was totally delicious, so much so i made my hubby taste it to. I am no longer a honey hater thats for sure, as long as this brand or ones exactly like it is around, i will enjoy regularly consuming it instead of just using it to make DIY beauty products with!UPDATE: this honey is way too addicting! i have about 3 tbsps left from jar i bought here less than 2 wks ago.it makes organic green tea taste delicious (I hated green tea beforehand), i use 2tbsps a day with 32oz green tea and eat about 1/2 a tsp daily as a sugar treat, yum. It did soften up a little after weather got warmer and was much easier to scoop out.Reason for update however was to mention i purchased a couple more of this honey size for a lot cheaper than here, you can find it for $7.50 or less without coupon online and offline (swansonvitamins online and the vitamin shoppe on or offline)!!
