Stopped working after 6 months
Started to have difficulty with the battery after only 6 months. No way to access support or report the issue. Would not buy again.

Amazing Convertible Laptop/Tablet
I love this computer. I use it as a tablet mostly and it runs everywhere very smooth. Great price too. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Cant' complain too much for the price, but...
I needed a laptop for a my garage in which to use for auto repairs, a scan tool and information system look ups. I didn't want to spend too much money because of the atmosphere it was in. Always loved lenovo products, hadn't had a bad one yet. But the refurbished part leaves a lot to be desired. I can't type out every little issue, but the worst of it is a touch screen that at times doesn't respond, a touch pad surface that is starting to wear out the surface coating and several odd operational issues that are intermittent. It would seem their refurbishment program is not much more than a wipe down and repackage deal.

Stopped Working After Eight Months
I know what you’re thinking: “8 months.” Here is the kicker. I turned it on four times. It was to be gifted to my son for college. I turned it on to set it up. Then later, to install MS products. That was pretty much it. Stayed in its box for months. Hardly used. Now it’s a brick.My best advice: NEVER BUY REFURBISHED.More importantly, don’t buy from RUKN-TECH. I reached out to them for information…Butkus. 👎🏻

Computer is great, if it was actually refurbished
A little disappointing. The computer itself is great, but one of the USB ports is all busted and unusable. That's frustrating since you redirect that to be part of the refurbishing process.

So far so good!
Not bad so far for a refurb. Crazy how far we’ve come that these nice laptops are so cheap. Anyways, charger worked and pen arrived. I need the touch screen for signatures and they seems to work well. I will update with a star adjustment later. Any questions fire away.

good condition, very dirty
nice condition, seems mechanically fine, no scratches or damage. there was so much grime and crap stuck to this thing it was unreal. It was clearly cleaned with a dirty rag, as the grime was streaked on. otherwise it was fine, but i wish they hadn't bothered to wipe it down with a dirty rag before sending it to me.
