This Shacke Medical Equipment Luggage Tag for Respiratory Devices (White/Vertical) - White with Red lettering works well to indicate a medical equipment bag when coming through TSA check points.It was purchased for an air travel trip to Puerto Rico from Florida and served it's purpose well. Because it has only done one trip, I cant' speak to long term durability but the quality is high and I expect it to last for years given it's on a carry on bag rather than a checked bag. Easy to read. The label in the back was a lifesaver. The plastic loop was reinforced with a steel cable loop.

I really like that this luggage tag makes a bold, transparent statement of what I have packed in my suitcase. That hopefully informs the luggage handlers at the airport and the taxi or shuttle bus driver to be careful with my handling my suitcase.

Put this tag on my BiPAP machine for international travel. Never had a problem with security or on the plane questioning what was in the bag. The airline didn't count my BiPAP bag as a carry on or personal bag.
