Kiefer Silicone Training Swim Fins

They fit and give a good work out.

Bought these because I got into swimming in the mornings for exercise. When I first tried them on in my bare feet I was concerned they'd be too tight and eventually hurt. Also, I was going to be wearing Neoprene water socks with them but when I got to the pool, they felt great and did not hurt at all. I think the Neoprene socks may help in that area.As for the fins, they are shorter than what I'd call normal scuba fins. The increased resistance (as opposed to bare feet) really helps to work the leg muscles and propel you through the water. They also seem to be good physical therapy for my knee. I tore the ACL and the meniscus in a skiing mishap some years ago and it acts up now and again. These fins are well made and I expect them to last a long, long time. I highly recommend.The sizing is right on for me. They seem to be "breaking in" the more I use them because as I said, they felt snug when I first got them. If you're looking for fins for your swim workout, I think you'll be pleased with these.

These were exactly what I needed but too small. Had to reorder a size up.

Well made but a size too small for me as I wear a size 15 4e shoe.

I purchased these for swimming laps and adding resistance for leg training. I wear a size 14 wide shoe in the 14/15 fits very snug but is comfortable. The bright yellow color is nice for general beach swimming in case you lose one and have to go look for it.Would definitely recommend this product for pool swimming. For mild open water swimming they would work, but if you’re going to swim long distances in choppy water. He would probably want a bigger fin. Definitely would buy again if I needed them.

Good enough for me. Not loose, not tight and the opening for my toes is perfect.

I was Looking for the perfect swim fins to help me with my exercise program in my swimming pool. These fans were better than I ever expected. I highly advise folks to get them and get in better shape.
