These multivitamins are very, very good. They do exactly what they say they do. And if you actively have a workout regimen, they will definitely keep you ripped and your metabolism up.

I'm just starting these vitamins but have used other gnc vitamins. They do not give me am overwhelming amount of energy but when I took the full dose of two it did make an improvement in how much energy i had. Ive been trying too loose weight since covid and it comes and goes so I took a break and quit drinking. I hope that these vitamins might help and I'll post an update!!

I lost over 100lbs taking these. They provide the caffeine boost and I love the fact that they have green tea in them. They helped me round out my nutritional gaps. Only downside is that they taste REALLY bad and are best taken with food or else you'll be burping up that nasty flavor all day.

I have in the past purchased Mega Man for energy. Well it does a good job giving me that extra kick to get off my duff do the work I had planned. I am in my seventies and do have projects around the house that are not one or two days. I have worked without MM and with it. I prefer with it.

So I've been taking these for the better part of 2 years now, and they have been good, there is definitely a vitamin smell to them, and there is a minor "sweet" coating on the pills. The current batch that I received is... off. The smell is much different (and stronger), as well as the taste (not a big deal, its meant to be swallowed), my best guess is that they either increased the fish oil content, or that the fish oil is different than what was used previously. My biggest issue is that I am highly susceptible to GERD, and whatever they changed in the pill plus GERD is pretty awful mixed... I might get another bottle to see if the one I received was just a weird one, but if not I'm going to switch to something less offensive.
