great for curly frizzy hair

I had a salon put this in for me. So while I didn't get it from Amazon I felt it important to post my experience here as well.I have pretty coarse, curly hair and I liked using keratin for it's (advertised) gentle, low-chemical, relaxing. Well, now we're finding out the trick was still formaldehyde just in a different form. In comes Cezanne saying no formaldehyde of any kind. All right!Well, I think that may be true because this treatment lasted all of 2 days for me before going back to my natural hair type. Water seemingly the Achilles heel. Even just getting caught in the rain for 1 minute was enough to do it in. It would take 2-3 months for it to get to the same state with my old treatment.Looks like, for now, you cant have your cake and eat it too. If a low chemical straightener/relaxer seems too good to be true then it probably is. Now I'm left wondering whether to jeopardize my scalp health and go back to the old harsher treatments or just find a way to wear it naturally from now on. *sigh*(1 extra star for being able to keep shape after straightening in dry weather. That's a little better than nothing)

The treatment was relatively easy to use. Glad to not have the toxic fumes from what my old treatment gave out which was supposed to be "organic" and formaldehyde free, which I also bought from Amazon. Read the labels!
