Love it. Excellent computer

PC arrived sooner than originally stated, it was very well packaged in a heavy duty shipping box and custom bubble wrap around it. The PC had the cosmetic blemishes as had been stated in the seller’s comments for which I paid a reduced amount. PC started up and after downloading the most recent Apple updates I was able to configure it and sync with my IPhone and other Apple products. By by Microsoft I’m done with them.

This product was defective. I was unable to update, reinstall OS, and crashed often. This item should have never been for sale or sent to me without checking for defects. I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in at the seller. My refund is also taking much longer than expected.

I have been using my previous iMac for over 10 years and its finally to the point, running super slow.i don't do much only YouTube, Facebook, eBay stuff as I m a stay home mom. but impatient, so I told my husband I don't want to wait for the previous computer to be able to browse the website so he got me one off amazon as the price is so much cheaper considering what functions I need. but after he bought it, I check the reviews and I was little concerned I have to say. but this is just taking the risk. all I need is fast speed which I m glad it gives me all I want. how many years its going to last? I don't know and I don't really care. as I m sure I will change one later.

Refurbished means Apple will not be able to help get set up. The old machines will not update. It has a wonderful large screen for zoom with a built-in camera. The plug-in speaker will not turn down. The font set to large will not be maintained. Not sure it is worth all the time.

The media could not be loaded. I have had laptops all my life and I am so happy with this computer and having a permanent and consistent work space is clutch for anyone who works from home a laptop doesn’t cut it. Processing is fast for video editing, gaming. Lots of data storage. Large monitor is perfect for split screen and it doubles as a tv. Get your own keyboard and mouse is my recommendation as the stock ones are clunky and too much resistance on keys, plus a wireless keyboard and mouse give you much more freedom with your seating/ lounging desires enabling you to work seated a little bit away if desired.

This is a great option versus a new computer. The storage and performance is great and the quality is excellent. It was not formatted correctly so I had to get an IT professional to reboot the system on the main hard drive so that it would work properly. This can also be done if you google the proper steps. I would give it 5 stars if it had been set up correctly out of the box.

This item is as advertised and I would purchase other items from this seller.Happy.
