I have tried blood thinners and they were impossible to balance. I have PVT and hate blood thinners and risk associated with them. This is by far the best remedy I've found to remove and prevent blood clots from occurring - period. I am tall , 67 yrs old and take 3-4 capsules on empty stomach day and night. I had a blood clot from the top of my leg to my heel that was scary. Determined not to miss my trip to Cancun, I searched everything I could find on the internet about natural remedies. I found many but the main long term solutions was Neprinol. I took this 3 X a day at first along with other natural remedies and within 3 wks the blood clot that literally was 3 ft long gradually disappeared. I made that trip to Cancun with no problems. Since I turned 50 yrs old I have had blood clotting problems PVTS - but not any more. Docs won't tell you about this Natural fiber enzyme remedy...and, in fact, so far, none of the Docs I have mentioned this to have heard of it. They write the name down, but they like to prescribe drugs sadly. In my book....this is absolutely a miracle cure. If you have blood clots or PVT - don't hesitate- try this. I ran out once and started to get a clot...Immediately reordered and boom...3 days clot gone. It is really expensive and my insurance doesn't pay for this - darn it. I wish there was something as good that was less expensive. I wish I had taken a pic of the 3 ft. long blood clot. Wow...what a miracle.

Product review is outstanding, I have used this product for quite a while now, and I am in my 70's and simply I feel good, almost all the time. I take other supplements but this is the main, when I recommend this is first on my list.

I have been on this stuff for 3 years and it has been a god send! I was suffering from RA/ lupus symptoms to include cramping sore hands, knees and feet. Since being on Neprinol, it is all but gone. Recently ran out and went a few months without and symptoms started slowly coming back. Started it again and within a few weeks I’m back to symptom FREE. Keeping the inflammation down will also stop/slow the arthritis damage. Well worth the cost.

I am hoping to shrink uterine fibroids. I started taking Neprinol 4 weeks ago. The 1st day I took 2 capsules 3X per day for 2 days. The 3rd day I took 3 capsules 3X per day for 2 days. The 5th day 4 capsules 3X per day. The 7th day 6 capsules 3X per day. The 3rd day I experienced minor cramps and a discharge like a menstrual cycle that lasted for 3 days. I have not had any other discharge of this type.During the 4th week I experienced stomach aches and diarrhea every day. I reduced the dosage to 5 capsules 3X per day, but the stomach aches continued. Reduced the dose to 2 capsules 3X per day. No more stomach aches or diarrhea!My fibroids are not large, but I can feel the largest 1 (5 cm) due to it's location. I will have a procedure in a week and will know if the fibroid is smaller or gone. Will repost then.5 week updateAfter using Nepronil for 5 weeks, I had a procedure. The doctor was able to see only 1 fibroid and it was 2 cm!! This stuff works!!!!! I will continue to use a maintenance dosage of 2 pills 2X per day. The fibroids are no longer a concern, but I believe systemic enzymes are necessary.

I don't know if there is anything that is supposed to feel different after having taken this product for a while. I take it to maintain optimum health. I selected this brand after researching many Nattokinase brands. I haven't experienced anything negative by taking it.

Months after knee replacement, I continued to have a great deal of pain. The first bottle was a gift from a friend who had been helped by it. It turned the pain off!! (Which meant it was due to inflammation.) Enzymes need to be “built up” too work. I started with the 9 per day and have backed off to 4. I could not get enough in on an empty stomach so added them to my daily supplements, which I take with food. It still works. I let them lapse, to verify that they work, and found myself having aches & pains I don’t have with them. For me, these are “Wow!”
