The overall product quality is good. Its light weight and good handling. I tried in indoor and outdoor. No issues found in 3 week use. The rope is quickly tangled when trying the side swing and criss cross. Its not good for some one looking for performing advance skills. For beginers its good speed rope.

Overall a nice product.It has removable bearings to set the chord length.The bearings and the plastic that holds the wire became lose after a few weeks of skipping.Had to fix it with mseal.Its a nice product but for biggeners.

Much better grip as compared to conventional wooden hand grips, even with sweaty hands.The metallic wire running through the core makes it more balanced and the rope doesn't sway while skipping.The length adustment mechanism is very simple, and can be used to adust the rope according to one's height.Worth the money.
