Good quality product
An excellent product and have just purchased my second bottle! It isn't a miracle cure but I can definitely see the benefits starting to happen and a few people have commented positively how good my hair and skin are looking. Also in comparison to other products this is value for money. If you are not keen on swallowing capsules you can empty the capsule contents and mix with a smoothie or health drink which is a bonus!

Fast results
Worked very well for hair growth within a few weeks of consistent use. My skin looks even better too.Google says 10,000-15,000 is considered a recommended collagen dose, so these are very low at 1000mg per 2 capsules. Contemplating doubling the dose but unsure whether that’s safe with the other ingredients in these.I tried a bovine collagen before these and did not have the same results.

So far so good
Too early to say as it’s only been a couple of weeks but feel like they work and my skin looks brighter! Do taste a little funny but nothing I can’t handle.

Nail repair!
Have been taking this for around 5 months & after 2-3 I could see a huge improvement in my nails, my hair has also improved & I whilst I can't say much about my skin, I'm so happy my nails have finally stopped peeling & grown so long! I've recommended it to everyone.

Don't work for me.....
Been taking for a while now, and can honestly say I haven't noticed a bit of difference anywhere! Maybe i need to keep taking a little longer,

Looking Good!
I was taking a much more expensive collagen product for some time before switching to this to save money, so didn’t expect to see or feel much difference. I have now been taking it for at least 6 months and in the last week two people who I haven’t seen for a while have said how well I look, without any prompting. This is a big compliment as I am almost 70! I haven’t really changed much else, so it must be this!
