Good but things you need to be aware of
This was my second time working with concrete but my largest by far, my garage floor. My garage floor was very pitted and degrading from salt and weather and just old age. I would recommend the following things: one mix all the bags together if you can into a bigger container. This way it will allow for greater consistency in color. There's a wide variety of color depending on not only each bag 's particular makeup but also the amount of water. So after you mix all the powder in a giant container then I would take approximately half a bag's worth about 20 lb and then mix it with a quart and a half of water in a 5 gL bucket and be very very accurate with that water cuz water would also affect the color at the end. Two, don't be afraid to add a little more water if you need to. Just make sure you are consistent with how much water you're adding for each batch. I found working with more than half a bag and Mixing that at a time was not good and mixing half a bag actually made it easier and faster. Also, I found that lightly misting the garage floor so that it was just a tiny bit damp before pouring the material helped spread a lot much easier. You really want a pancake like batter for this, and once you get that consistency it's very easy to spread. Three. Even if you have pits that are less than half an inch deep, I would still recommend patching those with the resurfacer prior to resurfacing the whole floor just makes it look a lot better. And if you mix and do everything right, you won't probably need a second coat, although a second coat is probably a good idea anyway. For a 20x20 garage floor I used 4 and 1/2 bags for one coat. Overall, great product! Since this was my second time working with concrete and I'm not an expert, I'm very pleased with the results. The next time I do this, it would be much better since I learned about these little nuances that dramatically impact the experience with the product. Also avoid temperatures above 75 f and avoid direct sunlight if possible. If you can do it on a cloudy day that's best because when the Sun hits it, your work time dramatically drops. If for whatever reason you can't avoid the Sun or super hot temperatures, you're just going to have to work in smaller regions at a time, so adjust your framing as needed.

Not for the Midwest weather
The product look gorgeous the first two months but it didn’t last a Midwest winter.

This Quickrete product was defective!
Quikrete Re-Cap Concrete Resurfacer 40 lb. 5 bags purchased, I used 4 bags and three never hardened! Only one bag was useable. I now have to pressure wash the driveway to remove defective concrete!
