Delicious
I'm picky about the brands I trust for bulk beans, since some can grow mold and harbor moth larvae. I'll be buying from this brand again. They are 100% dry, so no moisture/mold issues and these beans look so big and vibrant!

Super fresh and flavorful
So fresh they cut my cooking time to almost half. Vibrant color and very tasty. Love the fact they are organic

Good quality
Organic beans are a natural protein without all that toxic pesticide, herbicide, fungicide, etc.

Taste great but way over priced
These beans are top quality! They taste great, and have a soft skin and creamy texture. But hey folks they are beans even if they are so called organic...how do you can really know!? Are you willing to pay double? After all you eat them fart fart fart fart fart! Poop them out....that is some really sky high Poop!

Unfortunately these appear to be old.
I use dried beans often. I was tired of using red beans in my chili. I had a very difficult time trying to find organic kidney beans in the grocery store so I thought I would give these a try. Unfortunately, within 30 minutes the beans began to split, which is an indication of old beans. Yes even dried beans have a shelf life.

Great beans
I'm glad I bought these beans because it was well cooked in just an hour (after soaking for 24 hours). I was buying beans from Chamberlain's by the bulk but even after soaking for 24 hours, it was taking over four hours to cook and still would not get completely tender. I will never buy from Chamberlain's again.
