Le CreusetOven Mitt, Black

This is our second set of Le Creuset oven mitts. The first pair we had was a cream color and got dirty easily. They went through many years of getting washed int he washing machine. After starting to look a bit tattered, I rodered a pair of the black mitts. Such a good idea to sell them in a darker color. We don't don't notice when these get a little dirty, although we still wash them regularly. Also love the embedded magnet feature so we can stick them to the side of the fridge. Very well made, durable and keeps intense heat away from your hands. GREAT product.

These mitts are heavy duty as they should be, but also comfortable.I washed them and air dried them and they are good as new.I prefer them to silicone or other types of mitts.

great quality but so large it's a little cumbersome

Great gloves. They only ship one per order which makes it tough if you have two hands... But, they have magnets to stick into your fridge or oven! The material is a little firm but offer lots of heat protection.

We bought a pair of these last year and loved them so much, we sent a pair to our son.

I know I’m not a giant but these oven mitts make me feel like one. Both mitts cost me about $80 and were unusable. I love Le Creuset but these oven mitts were a disappointment. The one positive is that returning them was easy.

2017 UPDATE: Don't put these in the dryer! They shrunk. Spot clean only.These oven mitts are so big. They fit my 6'2" husband like, well, a glove. I'm 5'9" and they're huge on me. I'll still happily sacrifice coordination for plush, functional protection any day.

Come guanto (o meglio guantone) siamo su un altro livello. Qualità indiscutibile, dimensioni che ridurranno ogni tipo di rischio di bruciatura, ma soprattutto magnetico. Sì! Nasconde al suo interno un piccolo magnete con cui si può appendere ad esempio al lato del frigorifero come ho fatto io. Lo stesso magnete è presente anche in un altro prodotto (la presona). Ho così potuto utilizzare il lato del frigo per attaccare questo guantone, la presona e con appositi ganci magnetici presi a parte anche le presine della stessa marca e colore. Comodo avere tutto così a portata di mano e facile da staccare/attaccare e rende scenografico il lato del frigo.

I use these mainly for cast iron oven cooking (high heat) and they're very effective. I recommend them without reservarion on product quality. Price - my disappointment is that they're sold separately, which is kind of wierd as I'd have expected them to be sold in pairs.
