Very useful and practical when i travelled with 8 insulin pens.I put the gel packs in the freezer afew days before travelling.Highly recommend product.

Had to take my Imraldi injection with me on my travel to Kuwait via plane from England. This stayed cold and the ice packs were still frozen on arrival 17 hours laterIt's still a 5* review but found it quite bulky and with all 4 ice packs in there was just able to shut it with a single (but large) syringe

They did not have ice packs but the case is just what I needed

Lovely little bag, you can fit everything into it. Used it when travelling and keeping the insulin in it, it was great!

Good quality and a good size. Removable coolers are very useful when needed.

I was sent this all camp outdoor gear storage box for review.This insulin box is a good size and measures 9 x 4.72 x 3.14 inches, the inner body of the cooler consists of aluminium which is water resistant which will help to keep your medication cool in conjunction with the 4 ice packs made out of some sort of linoleum material. ( that need to be frozen in the freezer and will keep your meds cold for hours-at a time ) The empty cooler weighs 1.4lbs which may seem heavy, but it didn’t actually feel that heavy. It certainly felt quite compact and sturdy to me.There is also a plastic wallet that can be used to store your meds so that you don’t need to put the ice packs directly on them causing an adverse effect.The external part of the box is grey material and it has a handle and a double zip so that you can open the cooler from either the left or the right sides.This bag is perfect for anyone who needs to keep their medication cool for hours at a time. I would actually hazard that it could be used for any medication that needs to be kept cool in my opinion.It’s a stylish little bag that frankly could be utilised for other things when not in use for medication. I used mine to store some non medical items that I needed to be kept cool and it worked an absolute treat.Perfect for travelling overseas and no worries about your meds not being kept cool for hours at a time.All in all a nice compact cooler boxIf you found this review helpful please click below thank you

This is well made. The insulation is nice and layered - with nested layers of insulation inside.The storage and organisation options inside are excellent with multiple loops for needles, bottles etc.The cooling gel packs are great too - once frozen, providing effective long term cooling inside.This is perfect for travelling with medications.

To be fair this was meant to be for travelling between the UK and Germany but it has a very strange design, is very flimsy and has very limited use unless you are making a very short journey - it will have far more use for those who need to use needles as a constant but again only for very short journeys.It feels very thin and poorly constructed which is a surprise considering the contents it should hold, I'm sorry to say that for myself it is almost useless, I will try it for a longer than usual trip soon and give it a second chance.
