These really work, and almost instantly too! I wish I knew about this magical little powder years ago, the convenience of being able to take it without water was what really sold me on them. The flavor is great, my picky man child always keeps a box in his work bag. Can't say enough wonderful things about this product.

I have ordered these many times with no issues. But the last two times have resulted in only getting 1 item, not the 6 boxes of 4 that I paid for. You are not able to return this, so I asked for a replacement of the missing items. Again I only received 1 box of 4. I paid for 6 boxes of 4 pain relievers (24 total) but only received a total of 8 pain relievers. Highly recommend you do not purchase.

Even though I do keep rebuying this, I don't like the fact that there's only four packets per box. Whenever I take this, I always get sort of a burning that happens, which doesn't happen when I take the Tylenol dissolve packs. But, I haven't found anything better so I give this 3 or 4 stars.
