The media could not be loaded. First , I am 63. I have smaller hands and they fit perfectly. They one pound weight is good for walking, it doesn’t put a strain on my arms or shoulders. It doesn’t cover my wrist so I can wear my smart watch. The neoprene fabric is soft and flexible so the fit is very comfortable. Very good quality for the money. I will use them for arm workouts at home.

These work very well for my atypical use case, add the expected resistance and hold securely during vigorous hand movements. It would be nice if there was a larger size option to accommodate larger hands. I'm an adult 6' 1" male that wears a large to xl glove and these are very tight around my wrists.I purchased these to increase the aerobic and muscle impact of playing Beat Saber on my PS4/PSVR. I was no longer able to sustain heart rates above 140 bps even playing the expert+ level, however, with these I quickly reach and sustain heart rates in the 160 bps range. In addition to the HR benefits, they have increased the level of difficulty and challenge to game play. Without these I can easily play expert+ (ranging between 4 - 6 beats per second & 1,000+ beats per round/song) for 90 minutes or more. However my shoulders and arms are seriously fatigued in 40 minutes while wearing these, and I can feel the workout in my shoulders, arms and core muscles for hours after. (*before trying this consult with a physician, there is a high risk of rotator cuff tears and other severe injuries)

Good weight. Fit my hands ok, a little big in the wrist and I wasn’t able to tighten them (small patch of Velcro). The reason for 4 stars is that they’re not meant for high activity (at least not on my small hands). I’ve had to wear them with the weight in the palm because they slide around a lot on the back of my hand when I’m taking a RIPPED/Rumble class. They’re ok for a Zumba class. If the wrist could be adjustable I’d give it 5 stars.

I love hand weights! I had a different design from another company and they were okay. I wanted something that wasn’t as bulky or as expensive. These fit great! I don’t feel like they are sliding off or wobbly as I move. The Velcro is strong but, I haven’t washed them yet. The last pair I had got all weird after I washed them and the Velcro was toast. So, can’t comment on that yet but the design and use is perfect.

I'm 5'1; 118 lbs, 74 years old. I have been working out for some time with 1, then 1.5 lb wrist weights. I wanted to increase the weight for my hands while I dance. (I can hold hand weights if doing weight lifting alone). Unfortunately while the description says "2 lbs weights" they are barely two pounds altogether. This was deceptive, whether intentional or not. In addition, they are somewhat cumbersome to put on, trying to get the velcro to go as far as needed for my smaller hands and they slipped a bit while moving. Workable but not exactly what I wanted. Wrist weights all slip around and are bulky so they don't work well either. Still searching...

Perfect size for adding extra weight to my routine . Easy to put on and good quality gloves. They were very comfortable and wore them also while lifting dumbells .Can’t wait to use them while walking.

Most of my life I have been insecure about the size of my hands. That was until I tried to put on these alleged one size fits all gloves. Somehow my masculine meaty palms were just too big. So that was nice. I ended up returning them, but still 5 stars for making me feel better about myself.

Gloves leave bloody knuckles from just ordinary use. Painful and wouldn’t recommend.
