This is hands-down the best book on Kundalini available.It comes from a 500 year old linage, the guidance will help you through ' the dark times', no you're not ' going mad', something has started and, in a full Kundalini awakening, there is no off switch.This book helped me immensely to understand what was going on and to trust in the process.Some Kundalini processes are more difficult than others, especially the ' deflected ' risings.If you are reading this, and you don't where, or whom to turn to, and you don't have the money, or inclination, to attend expensive retreats, this book contains a wealth of real world hands on knowledge that just can not be found anywhere else.In my own journey I read it so many times I had to go and get it rebound. Not having the money to travel from the UK to the USA and pay for the two week retreat the author was offering (at the time) I relied almost exclusively on this book.The Lawrence Edwards book: ' The souls journey:Guidance from the divine within' is also an absolute must for those going through this process. And the Bonnie Greenwell books are very good too.But this is the book that I returned to time after time.The authors second book ' Stories of Spiritual Transformation - The Fulfillment of Kundalini Process....Modern Seekers Ancient Teachings '. Where 20 students share their experiences of the Kundalini journey is an excellent read too. You can read what they went through and relate it to your own journey... invaluable.Ultimately, this mysterious process will do what it has to, even this brilliant book is only a guide. But if you're lost in the darkness and all your inner stuff is coming to the surface (as it needs to) and you can hardly turn over on the sofa.... there is help...and hopeFor sincere Seekers who are in the middle of a Kundalini awakening, this book is a goldmine of information and reassurance.It's the real deal.At the end of this process you will have been utterly transformed. No words can adequately describe It.However look it takes....a great peace awaits you
