It is an unrefined sugar source and great in coffee!

Health Hazard.
Never ever buy this brand of Jaggery. They add so much sulphite that the moment you open the packet, the fumes will block your nostrils. There's no aroma of sweet jaggery but it has intense smell of chemical. Avoid this at all cost. Inspite of adding so much sulphite for preservation(mentioned on the packet) the jaggery cubes were still moldy. I threw the entire package immediately. I don't know how FDA allowed to enter this product in the USA with such high level of Sulphite.

Contains sand or dirt grains
The price is right, but the product unfortunately is not. It contains grains of sand or dirt which is very unpleasant at least to say.I am looking to try another brand for better results.
