It does work for German roaches, so far also have no flea problems so maybe preventive
I have rentals, and these work for attached condos. Probably the best product that I accidentally even stumbled across and wanted to take a chance on.

This stuff works phenomenal I bought it for a flea infestation. It's the one of the only things that I've tried that actually works and fast

Fantastic flea control!
Great stuff. Wipes out fleas pronto and one application lasts for months. Just make sure it has dried before letting pets back in rooms. I had a bad flea infestation indoors and this stopped it. Ever since, I've used topicals on my cats so no more problems here.

Precor bug spray
My next-door neighbor feeds 4 or 5 stray cats. That’s fine and I’m glad he does. But after their little bellies are full, they come and lounge on my front porch, leaving their fleas behind. Then, of course, the fleas are coming inside and getting on my indoor cat. 😿Another neighbor recommended Precor. It’s been highly effective in controlling the flea population. I don’t spray it inside, only my porch. Then I “track” it inside and this has been effective in controlling the fleas inside, as well.The only problem I have is with the cap. It’s so tight fitting that when I finally got it off, it caught the little tab on the sprayer, almost knocking it off. This makes the spray come out wonky. So now I have to leave the cap off. Not really comfortable with this.

Easy to use, and it works great. Just spray area and let dry. Fleas gone.

THIS STUFF WORKS
Used this on my friends basement and I reached her high ceiling and yucky corners easy as well as under the stuffed tool shelves!! It was so much easier cuz you don’t have to shake up and then you can spray w can upside down/ sideways/or upright and it’s great!!

Bad purchase I have 4 can of this sitting here that spray doesn't work.
Good product inside but dispenses about 25 to 50% of the contents then can doesn't work anymore. Firs couple of cans I bought worked fine. Last r cans same thing wrong. I have 4 cans of this sitting one is almost completely full and three at least half full and won't dispense product. Rip off.

Works great
We use this not only to treat for possible fleas but also as a precaution for bed bugs wheb traveling. We spray our luggage and trunks with it.
