I lost my dentist-made mouth guard while traveling. I grind my teeth at night and mess up dental work, so I can't go for long without one. Not wanting to spend several hundred dollars on a new one right now I decided to try these. They work great! They are easy to mold and very comfortable. It comes with two sizes and I used the smaller one. They are soft and pliable and looser to wear than my previous guard, but that's fine. I don't have any problem with it falling out. I plan to continue using these for now and probably will during travel long term to avoid another loss of the expensive kind!

My dog did it again!Harley has chewed up the second mouth guard I had my dentist make. As they are very expensive, I thought I would try the Moldable Custom Dental Guard I saw available from Amazon.The instructions were very clear and the dental guard fit my mouth perfectly.It made me wonder why I went through the expense to have the dentist make one for me.I am very happy with the product.And believe me…. Harley will not be sharing this mouth guard with me.

I have a molar that is in need of being pulled and with the next available appointment being a week out, sleep has been so much better after having these. It helps me not wake up in the middle of the night in pain due to me clenching my teeth while sleeping.After the tooth is pulled I will still be using these just because of my teeth clenching during sleep.

edit: More than anything, people should know that customer service for this product doesn't exist. Not on here, not on their website, not phone, email or chat. Nothing.This has a very VERY strong chemical smell and taste. I was trying the small one in my mouth just to see if it would fit and a horrible plastic chemical smell hit me in the face. I could NOT believe this. I've used night guards my whole life, and need some otc ones for a minute, and this is nothing like... I mean, I have never. I opened another of them to see if it was a one-off or fluke or something, and the bag just reeked. I still have the taste of it in my mouth from the one I tried and I have flossed and brushed my teeth twice. I admit I have sensory issues, but this is a huge NOPE, and 2 others have smelled them to make sure. I just can't believe how awful this is.Will be sending back, of course. It's rated very highly in one of the top google searches. That's too bad. I was hoping to get some that fit better than the dentek, but it won't be these.

Packaged with all that you need for mouth guard. Instructions are easy to follow. ONLY USE A WOODEN SPOON (Why I gave it 4 stars). When guard is put in boiling water, it will stick to plastic utensils. Boil a second time after first bite for a better fit. Be sure to press around gum, especially behind front or lower teeth and bite with firmness. Keep in mind that the small and large will shrink in size. May not need to cut the large to shorten. Works well at night for teeth protection from grinding. I also use this with a dream wear nasal CPAP machine on upper teeth and works well. If using a CPAP, be sure to consult your doctor.

I ordered this after the guard I went to a dentist for started causing me too much discomfort. It was going to be awhile before I could get in to see dentist so I looked for a temporary solution. We'll I feel that I found my permanent solution. These are way more comfortable that the one from my dentist and MUCH less expensive. I highly recommend them!

My Dentist told me I need to wear a dental guard to protect my teeth at night while I’m asleep. So i went on Amazon and found these, I’m glad I did. Cause this mouth guard is wonderful, they feel good on my gums and there very pliable and feel good. I will be using these at all times including when ever I go on vacation as well. Hi highly recommend.
