Pretty good
I thought it was pretty good. Not the best sopressata available but definitely a step above any supermarket brand I've tried. For the price I should probably have given it five stars.

Looks fancy, doesn't taste fancy.
It's alright. Very rich.the first "fancy" salami I've ever bought/tried/eaten. It's very chewy, almost like they stuffed it with some casing or some sinew. and yes I peeled the casing off of the outside.Certainly won't buy this again though. Just not very enjoyable. But I will try to not waste it.

Other Salamis are betterthis one tastes a littler bit flatit is easier to eat, but almost no taste to it and the added pepper doesn't do anything
