OK, so it's not the cheapest option out there but it is one of the best when it comes to build quality and being fit for purpose. I've had to drastically rejig my home office after spinal surgery that impacted upon both my strength and arm mobility. Part of this restructuring required me to mount cameras and mics on flexible arms that could be repositioned with ease and without requiring any strength so to do. I made the mistake of buying cheap at first. Then, instead of buying I invested the second time in these and there won't be a third effort needed. Very strong yet easy to adjust, holds all the devices I need to use. Would highly recommend these.

I have been using various Elgato equipment for years now and this mount has been great.It can be fixed to almost any thickness of table you might have, i does have to be a flat surface.Sturdy and veritcal adjustment is great and holds its position when fixed.Can take bumps and knocks as you move it around and mount it for various projoects and there are a great amount of accessories to help with getting the right angle. These have to be purchased seperately of course.Great quality and you get what you pay for.

I’m becoming more and more a fan of Elgato. Their products are generally more expensive than others on the market but my experience has been this is constantly worth it in terms of ease of use and quality. This master mount pole is better than every other I’ve tried in terms of strength, build quality and practical use. So much so that I’ve invested in the long flex arm and fixed arm too.

I've been using the Elgato Multi Mount L for a bit now, and I'm pretty happy with it. It’s super handy for setting up my lights every day and feels really steady. I've had some other mounts before that were cheaper, but they didn’t give me the same confidence. This one is different, once you set it up and lock it it doesn't wiggle at all. I'm looking to buying extra arm that I can also mount my camera and have a nice video set on my desk. The only tiny hiccup is that the handle to attach the mount to the desk is a bit too big, which sometimes makes it tricky to operate it in tight areas. Overall, the Elgato Multi Mount L has been a solid addition to my setup. It's reliable and feels safe to use. Highly recommend giving it a look if you need a good mount.

My quick review of the Elgato Multi Mount LVery solid bit of kit and while it doesn't show them in the pictures, it came with 3 plastic clips for cable management. 1 for each part of the pole. Nothing much to write home about but a nice touch.Seems very sturdy.I read one comment about attaching the arm to the top and that it won't hold it up.None of the pictures don't show it holding them upright. That would be a lot of force for a small part but I will say the ball joint does feel like it could hold them upright.Delivery was on-time, Packaging was 100% recyclable and undamaged.Worth the price? Only time will tell and I'm looking forward to see how long this lasts. It feels like it will outlast me.

I understand now why this item received so many excellent reviews. It is truly an engineering marvel. Clamps exceptionally tight to the table and provides rock solid support for my ring light, even when fully extended. Comes with 3 plastic cable holders for convenient cable routing alongside the stand. Extending and collapsing it is a matter of rotating any of the 3 adjustment rings first anti-clockwise, then sliding the pole segments to the appropriate length, and then rotating the rings clockwise. If you need top quality, don't look any further. Get it. Worth every penny.

Works great! I use it for the elgato teleprompter and for my Sony Vlog camera. Highly recommend.
