I’ve been taking these biotin tablets for a couple of months now, and I can tell my hair and nails are stronger and healthier. The tablets are easy to swallow, and I like that they include coconut oil to help with absorption.The bottle has enough tablets to last over a year, which is great value for the price. I’m happy with how my hair looks and feels since starting these, so I’d recommend them.

I use this to help my hair which has been thinning . I think the use of this biotin slows down the thinning. They are easy to swallow and don’t upset the stomach.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I have really noticed a difference in my hair and nails since using this. It especially helped after having a baby, I didn't get much hair loss at all.

I don't see any difference from taking these. No improvement in my skin! They are easy to take and taste okay. Quite expensive for what you get if they don't make a difference. I won't buy again.
