Works great. I was in a car accident several years ago, and messed up my shoulder, neck, back, knees and hips. I rub this stuff on, and within 10 minutes the pain is cut in half.

I’ve bought 2 of these .. one for myself & another for my elderly mom. She has a VERY sensitive nose & said she can’t use it muvh bcz its smell is too strong. I don’t mind the scent myself. Very medicinal.,, I find this to help my golfers elbow pain better than the lidocaine roll on.

This stuff works, at a fair price Semi hot, you may or may not like to smell, I don't think it is as strong as a smell as deep heat.

I hope I can add pics to this later. This is my second purchase of an Arnica product, and this is best so far. I use it to fade all of my bruising, and to that end it's working great. I'm not sure this would be helpful for pain relief. I 100% recommend the "roll-on" format. It's long lasting, affordable, and easily absorbs into skin. Since I've learned about Arnica, next I'll try to research and choose a product with the highest concentration..

Easy to apply. Using for 2 weeks. In the beginning movement was painful. I used it on both hands and wrists and, along with t i d l sport cryotherapy, my hands have really improved. I feel a lot less pain in the joints, especially the thumb joints. I still feel slight pain sensation but it's very slight so I'm going to keep doing this, using this article lotion along with the other. It's really worth it to have my hands feel healthy and strong.

This product worked wonders for my swollen knee. It works as described, definitely a good buy.

I was pleasantly surprised! I decided to give this a try because of the price, but I'll keep using it because it works amazingly well! Works as well as my Aspercreme with lidocaine!
