You can squeeze either the sides or compress from the top on the Edge. It is easy to me. The Edge has excellent suction. The best.

These cupping cups are available in 2 sizes (smaller one is great for knees, arms and abdominal areas), where the larger cups covers a larger area like back and legs. EDGE cups have an ergonomic grip, but have a flat bottom opening and come in a set of 4 cups in varying sizes.
