Lovely green tea

If I said I love this tea it would be an understatement! I don’t like normal tea and most herbal teas as I hate the taste. This has a lovely taste that is quite floral.The benefits I have found is I have lost weight easier (I eat a healthy anti inflammatory calorie controlled diet too) also my blood pressure has reduced enough that I don’t need medication, my stress levels are way down and I have had what they say are a lot of the worst things in life happen this year and would normally have had multiple meltdowns by now but here I am chilled and smiling and coping. I also feel a little healthier and hopefully with all the antioxidants will be able to fight off infection better. I can definitely tell the difference when I’ve had my hibiscus rose tea. Although it does make me drink more fluid and take time to sit and relaxI tend to make a flask with one teabag and it does two cups. I leave it to steep for at least 6 minutes before the first cup so it’s strong enough. I have the next cup within about 4 hours. I tend to have one at about 4 pm and one about 7pm. Occasionally I’ll start the day with it if I need to de-stress.It is nicer if it’s stronger and made in one cup but I’d rather get the benefit twice and drink more fluid.I always carry a bag or two in my handbag incase I’m out somewhere and tea is being made 😁.

This is a quality green tea and that shows in the taste. The tea bags are made with a silky mesh which allows them to infuse well into the hot water. The taste is not bitter yet distinctive and grows on you the more you have it.However, other reviews comment on its lack of strength and colour. So a few basic points and a big bonus:- If you leave the tea bag for 2 minutes it will be weak and tasteless. - If you leave it for 4 minutes you will get a decent cup of green tea.- The added bonus here is to keep the used tea bag. Yep, I know - that goes against what you want to do which is throw it out. However, the second cup is unbelievably good and as I have 2 cups a day I see the second one as a free cup!I’ve even tried seeping it in the fridge overnight and drinking it cold the next morning for a good hit of antioxidants. It’s extremely refreshing and why waste the tea bag which still has so much left in it after the first cup.Like me, you may find it gets better after the first cup.

I love this tea. it can be enjoyed hot or cold. It is love in a cup...perfect taste...enjoyable. the aroma is comforting and alive; and great value for money. ❤️

Makes me instantly want to sleep. Taste is okay, earthy as expected. It makes me weak and feeling tired and sleepy. Will start taking it at night just before bed.
