Love this stuff! I use it to keep my digestion regular and to help keep my skin smooth. It also tastes great sal ads and as a topping for sandwiches and light cooking. The price on this oil is pretty goodm as well.

Received this today in perfect condition and sealed as you can see in one of my photos. I had a skincare business and my Argan oil came from a UNESCO site in SW Morocco. Their Argan was top quality and 1st press so very rich. Morocco has some very good oils along with wild harvested Brazilian oils. The trees aren’t as beautifully lush in Morocco yet you see goats climbing the trees to get the oils. A harsh climate produces great oils as well as the lush Amazon basin when looking for Maracuja and ACAI. This particular oil is quite peppery but also smooth. Too peppery for a skin oil but probably quite good to eat or drink. You usually use the extra virgin for salads and cold use but I assume as long as you keep the heat lower cooking with this one is fine. I will use to sautee and use with my supplements to get them down easier. I just roll the big tablets in some oil and have no problem swallowing. This is a rich oil to use for that.My only surprise was the plastic bottle. It’s lighter for shipping so in life there are trade offs. There was no expiration date on the bottle. Most oils if stored properly can be used longer. I will just use this one before opening another. I assume this was cold pressed in November. I don’t know how long they sit in an Amazon warehouse. It doesn’t taste or look rancid. Will know better when I decant. Took off a star for the bottle and scant label information.

I drink a shot of this every evening for the health benefits of the polyphenols contained in this smooth, light tasting olive oil. I down the shot in two or three sips because it'll burn if you do the shot all at once. I like that it's Single Origin so the product is consistent from bottle to bottle with traceability to the tree. The label includes the Harvest, Bottled, and Best Buy dates. Unlike other reviewers, I appreciate the "Compact by Design" plastic bottle because it's light weight and square design means less energy is used to ship it all the way from Morocco. It's also easy to hold. If you're shopping for a Moroccan olive oil, Mina provides excellent quality and value.

This is one of the best Olive oil. I've ever had. It takes great all foods from salads, fish In all meats. Add love it on my baked potatoes with sea saltdelicious.
