Bought this for new door in breezeway enclosure. It matches Baldwin door handle on 23 year old main entrance which still looks and functions like new. Classic enduring Baldwin door hardware. Love it.

Product was delivered quickly (ahead of promised date). This is a high quality brass entry door handle. Purchased this new set since our old one was 30 years old and not working as well as it should. This product feels of excellent quality, real brass - not brass plated and our old one worked excellent for many years

One piece had damage and rather than replacing the piece, we were advised to return it for credit and then reorder- which we did. It’s a quality product.

Replaced my old Kwikset Titan door hardware of 23 years with Baldwin polished brass. Pretty easy to install with slight modifications. Much heavier than my old hardware and looks beautiful.

I liked this lock set because of its simplicity and beauty. SO much nicer than the cheap sets you find at the big box stores. The sheer weight of the brass exudes durability and strength. I would have given it 5 stars except for two reasons:1.The knob for the deadbolt on the inside flopped around after it was installed. My reaction was it was cheesy and not up to the high quality Baldwin standard I was expecting. My handyman had to go to the hardware store to get two spacers which he inserted internally and then the knob was solid and smooth. I don’t know if mine lacked the proper spacers or if they are all that way, but was almost a dealbreaker for me.2. One would think you just pull out the old lock set and slap in the replacement. My handy man spent hours tweaking the new lock set until everything lined up properly and opened and closed without binding. I wondered about the competency of my installer but he claimed he has installed hundreds of lock sets over the years but was challenged by this set. It did appear to be sensitive to minor screw adjustments, but I hired him because I don’t do diy projects anymore.If it weren’t for those two concerns I would say this is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to make a quality statement at their front door because it looks great and feels solid.

I choose this handleset for the front door of my traditional 1860's New England home. It looks beautiful and has a sturdy heft to it. My contractor advised me when shopping for new hardware not to try to cut corners on this purchase for safety and long term usage concerns. Of the possible selections I made we both agreed for looks and performance the Baldwin was the best choice and I've not been disappointed.

I bought this lock knowing that it is a quality product and it lived up to my expectations. Really satisfied with the weight, feel, and looks of it.

Product did not fit the door as it was a lot smaller then the one I had which looked the same when I ordered it !
