Pros:- Well constructed, nicely finished. Love the flip top with tray on one side, cushioning on other. Wipes with a soft dampcloth. Nice deep shade of chocolate brownCons:- much smaller in size and height than expected, the 4 included stools are ok for kids but not adults, would benefit from castors.

Great Ottoman/Foot Rest with storage. Quality of Faux is 3x better than other inexpensive ottoman, much more sturdier than others since it's structed with actual woods compares to other pop-up ottomans. Adult can actually sit on it and stand on it. My first delivery has a small blemish on the ottoman, and they sent me a new one within 2 days before they received my return on the first one. Highly recommend it.

I purchased this set (black) during a sale.I was expecting a lot less for the price, but I'm finding that Convenience Concepts has some amazing furniture for really decent prices. I've been buying furniture for a house after several years of moving every six months for work - it's nice to find well made, beautiful furniture for such great prices. The local stores charge 3 to 4 times as much for the same pieces - insane!The look and feel (feels like butter; seriously) of this set is far beyond what I was expecting, and everything is stitched together well; no puckers or burps in the assembly of the material onto the frame. The large tray on the seat section of the main ottoman would sell for more than the price of the entire set. There is no assembly required for this piece(s), so I didn't have to play the allen wrench game. (thankyouthankyouthankyou!) The two smaller ottomans fit inside the main piece with a bit of room to spare, and are slightly shorter (as you can see in the pics on the site), which I find to be nice, as not everyone wants their feet at the same level they sit at. This was something I didn't really think about when I bought it; the main ottoman is the same level as our couch, and the smaller ones are just short enough to offer a bit of variation in height. Being a person on the short side myself, I've found the shorter little ottomans more comfortable for my size.This ottoman set is classy looking, and everything sits level, no tipping edges that teeter back and forth. I would buy other pieces of furniture from this company with no hesitation after my experience with this ottoman set. In standing back and looking at everything; a large ottoman, a large tray, two smaller ottomans - this is a lot of furniture for the price, and as I live in a VERY small house, the fact that everything can be stored away in the main piece when I need more space in the room is worth every penny on that feature alone!I am very happy with this purchase!No... wait, that doesn't begin to describe how I feel about this purchase..I am absolutely thrilled with how well it has worked for the small space, yet it still offers class - I. Love. It!

I ordered this ottoman almost 5 years ago. It is perfect for my smaller living room and I love the versatility of the top being able to use it to prop up the feet or flip it for a tray to put drinks or whatever on. It's so sturdy that I have also used it for an exercise bench as well. Perfect size. I don't use the smaller ottomans inside very often but it's nice to have them available. I recently had an issue so I decided to contact the company who makes this product and let's just say they went over and above. They answered my email so quickly and kept me informed the whole time while trying to get resolution. I highly recommend ordering anything from the company that makes this product.

I love this.Color - I got the soft blue color. i went back and forth because I've seen alot of pictures and they all look like a different color blue. This is like a medium jean blue. I have it paired with grey sofas. This is perfect!!!!Tray - The tray is very sturdy. Looks like a dark stained wood. It definitely has some weight to it. Alot of people were saying that they felt it was hard to get the top off if the handles are tucked in, we dont have that problem. They slide in easily for a more streamline look when the tray is facing down. I pull it up on the short edge to pull the tray out with no issues. There is another ottoman similiar to this, comes in the same color that does not include the 2 seats and it has 2 trays on the top instead. i definitely prefer this.Space - We have like 20 or so board games that we had in our tv stand because we use them with the kids regularly. They all fit! I was very pleased.Shipping - I fully expected to have to assemble this because everything else I have ever ordered needed to be assembled. Thia did not. It came fully assembled, everything in plastic, in a box with sturdy cardboard on the corners to protect the ottoman. I just had to cut open the box, pull it out, and I was done.All in all. This has been one of my most favorite purchases. I love this ottoman!!!!!!!

The little ottomans are TEENY! But the overall quality of the item is great. Nice and soft, but very sturdy. There are no pre-drilled holes for the legs, so be prepared to be frustrated unless you have a good screwdriver on hand. The one they give you is useless.

I absolutely love my purchase . I did not want bulky furniture and this is in no way bulky. It may be on the smaller side for some but for me it’s perfect. There was some scratches on the top / tray side from shipping and honestly if my product didn’t take so long to finally receive, I would’ve sent it back and had it replaced.Besides the scratches on the product, late and unorganized delivery as I had to update my address twice , I still recommend this product. I love it!!

Nothing was wrong with it! the reviews mead me worry! Nothing was damaged or was it cheaply mead like all the other reviews said it would be BUT NO ITS PERFECT... It's lovely and a alternative to having a massive coffee table! We just got it yesterday and we love it!
