Heal that undiagnosed rash immediately
So, I got a horrible, scaley/scabby rash u Der my armpits. It weeded slightly & I genuinely thought it was shingles. Looked a lot like it. Realized that it may not be when both armpits were affected. The 1st time around I healed the rash over several weeks, say 5 to 6 weeks with rubbing alcohol then following that up w/calamine lotion. After healing, the rash came back within 2wks. This time I caught it way sooner but I recognized it when I saw it. So, frustrated I began searching for a product to help. Saw this stuff and an amazing review from a distraught mom who used it on her son & got miracle results. Wow, she wa NOT lying!!! I could tell it affected the rash the first time I used it. So, I used it everyday for less than a week & these scabby scales are just falling off and I have fresh, healed skin underneath. I couldn't be more happy or grateful. Product is great. Has the consistency of water & doesn't smell like anything. It's miracle juice!! LOL Seriously good stuff.

The ONLY thing that’s worked for me.
I wish I’d thought to take before/after photos, but—having dealt for weeks with the gross, blistery, weeping eczema that was completely covering my left-inner forearm and creeping up my other arm and my midsection—I was in no mood to collect photo evidence. Backstory on my eczema is I never had it as a kid and have none of the red flags, like asthma, sensitive skin, or allergies, that often correlate with eczema. I just started getting it in the last few years, and it only seems to flare up in the spring and summer, but when it does, it’s BAD, with one infected swath requiring a trip to urgent care and two prescriptions to clear it up. I spent months last year in oatmeal baths trying to get some relief. I was duly freaked out when it started up again this month.About a week and a half ago, feeling pretty miserable and knowing the most likely treatment a dermatologist would prescribe was a corticosteroid cream (which I prefer to avoid), I did an Amazon search for “eczema treatment.” The rave reviews for SkinSmart seemed too good to be true, but I liked that many were quite specific/descriptive and sounded as if they came from actual eczema sufferers. I didn’t love that it “smells like the pool,” but the price was right for a shot in the dark.I received the spray a week ago and immediately spritzed it generously all over my rash several times that day and each day since, applying and letting it dry completely after showering in the morning, again in the afternoon, and once more before bed. The fluid-filled blisters on my inner forearm started drying out within the first 24 hours, and by three days in were mostly gone. Within 5 days, all areas of rash had flattened out, and by that I mean: no blisters, no redness, and no swelling remaining. The spray also killed developing rash before it could get worse. The only remaining evidence of the horrid flare-up that made me want to crawl under a rock last week is some skin discoloration (which I know will eventually fade). The most impressive thing about this stuff is how quickly it starts working. It kicked in faster than the antibiotics and oral steroid I was prescribed when I had infected eczema a few years ago, without the nasty side effects. Does it smell like the pool? Yeah. Do I care? NOPE. Because IT WORKS.NOTE: This is not a moisturizing product. It dries out the rash and leaves fairly dry skin behind, but that’s easily remedied by using a moisturizer designed for eczema (I use Eucerin for Eczema or Cerave Eczema Oil) periodically. I used no moisturizing product for the first several days (per manufacturer’s advice), but once the blisters and gross crustiness had cleared up, I applied cream once daily after my morning application of SkinSmart had dried completely. The mystery of why I suddenly developed severe eczema in my late 40s remains unsolved, but I’m overjoyed to have found an affordable product that will help me kick its ass until I figure out how to prevent it altogether!

Healed my red flaky patches of skin
I suffer from scalp psoriasis and it causes me to get large shiny red patches of skin with huge flakes all around my hairline and above my eyes. I was just scrubbing off the flakes constantly which made my skin red and raw. People thought they were bruises and I was really self conscious about it. I tried cortisone creams, special shmpoos, antibiotics and chemical and manual exfoliation and nothing could get rid of the huge red patches of skin. It was impossible to cover because the skin was so flaky and dry the makeup just stuck in patches and made it look worse. So I decided to try hypochlorous skin spray made by Curitiva bay. This spray really cleared up my skin and didn’t irritate it. I also liked how it was water like in texture, left no residue, didn’t feel oily, had no scent and I was able to use it on my eyes to clean my blepharitus. So I thought I might try Skin Smart anti microbial exzema therapy because it is FDA approved to treat exzema and has a five star rating from the The National exzema association. I love it! It is unscented, doesn’t leave any oily residue, absorbs quickly, safe to use around eyes, can be combined with other skin care and it is effective. It has gotten rid of my huge flakes and my bright red patches of shiny skin on my forehead. I went from having almost all of my forehead covered in red skin with giant white flakes to having no flakes or redness at all. It took about 2 wks for it to totally clear up and it must be used Consistently in order to maintain the results. However, it’s very budget friendly and can be used with other facial products. I ended up purchasing some eyelash and eyelid hydrocloric acid spray to use on my ocular rosacea and blephoritis and have had success with getting rid of the dry gritty sanely feeling in my eye balls when I use it to clean the outside of the eye 2x’s daily. It’s not meant to spray into the eye. But I was told by my dermatologist to use baby shampoo to cleanse my eyes & lashes & it was too harsh on my skin and got in my eyes which hurt. I recommend this to anyone who suffers from the skin issues I have listed.

Check the ingredients a lot of them are the same from this brand
Great product but knocking off two stars because this company offers other sprays that literally have the same ingredients just named it something else. For example the wound one has the same chemicals/ingredients as the Eczema one. The important ingredient being hypochlorous acid. Which is great!!
