My item arrived quickly and was in good condition, and was what I needed to replace my damaged laptop charger.

Arrived promptly - satisfied with product so far - will update should that change. ; )

Product is good quality, only problem is that there is a faulty connection inside the computer so this battery charger is not working, it needs lots of tlc to connect - this is not the products fault, it is a computer issue that hopefully is covered by its guarantee.

I don't expect to purchase things like chargers for laptops and them only last for 5 months! This was purchased at the end of July 24 - wasn't actually used straight away as well due to trying to get by on another desktop option. When I did go to use it, it was fine at first but I kept getting a 'low battery' notice come up on the laptop after a while. Trying out a spare charger it was fine so knew a new charger was all I needed. This one worked for 5 months and has just stopped working (Jan 26). Absolute rubbish and a waste of money. Of course the 30 day return for faulty goods is way past - but now I only have the option of contacting the manufacturer and we all know how that goes without a warranty.

I ordered this 45w laptop charger for my 3583 DELL INSPIRON, it was delivered in a well packed box with instructions included. It took longer to unpack the box as it did to set up the charger to my laptop and electric socket. I would definitely recommend this product but before ordering ensure your model number is included on the site page.

Good quality

45w is not enough to charge the laptop battery, so you'll have to be plugged in all the time.
