Superior Cast Iron
I’ve been buying a number of cast iron from other companies on Amazon, however this one is far superior. I love that it’s a little lighter but very sturdy and cooks very quickly. I’m impressed and I hope this company makes more sizes of this great cast iron pan. I also love that it is square and it’s very easy to clean. A winner of a pan!

Great pan for the price
I was hesitant to buy this because I did not know Jim beam made frying pans.but I was pleasantly surprised to find out this is a very good quality cast iron pan works great on my stove top and on my grill great for searing steaks I really like this pan

Bacon Fits Better.
I like this better than my round pans.Bacon fits better, other foods seem to fit better as well.I'm now using on my new Induction and it heats pretty evenly.

Smaller then I expected.
I bought this to fry bacon, expecting to fit a whole package in the pan at one time. But the pan is narrower the a standard slice and I could only put the same amount as I could in a round 12 in pan. The fry surface is rough and the first batch stuck to it and had to be scraped off
