Great product, took me about an hour. Tankless sellers suspiciously leave out that you have to flush the heater every year, every 2 years if you have soft water

I was skeptical about buying this kit. But, it came with everything as advertised including easy step by step instructions.My water heater is about 10 years old, never been serviced as far as I know. It was to the point that when u turn on the hot water, it was a roll of the dice to whether it was going to work or not.After using this kit, it is working perfectly.I would highly recommend it to anyone with a tankless heater.

This kit was easy to set up and use. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It has everything in it for one flush. After you purchase this kit you will only need to purchase more de-scaler each time you want to flush your tankless water heater. The company that installed our tankless heater charges about $100 to flush a system so this will pay for itself in a couple of uses. Having the kit on hand will also allow me to flush more frequently if I want, so it really is a good value for those who wish to maintain their own equipment. Everything stores in the bucket so it can be put out of the way and retrieved easily whenever you need flush your system. You will need to have a hose (standard garden hose) that can either make it to a drain or make it out of the house to rinse out the system once you finish flushing it. Of course if your tankless heater is on the outside of your house this will not be an issue.

Worked great. Saved me from hitting a plumber. Directions were okay. Would be five stars if I didn't lose a rubber gasket from hose when flushing on last step.

Very easy to use, just takes 20 minutes for the solution to cycle through the system, then another 10 minutes to flush other than that it worked great. I noticed my Rinnia tankless was going cold during a shower a couple times, hadn't flushed it for 16 months however it was brand new so I wait a little longer. Now I will be flushing about every 12 months, This little kit worked awesome. Everything was there for the first flush now all I need to do is purchase the flush for the next one.

What a great kit. The pump is really nice, everything self contained in the bucket which makes it easy to store for next time I flush. Highly recommend this product to anyone with a tankless water heater. (Bonus: The pump can also be used to drain small pools and ponds too)

For less than the cost of a service tech to come and flush your tankless water heater, you can own all you need to do it yourself the first year and save over 200 dollars annually by purchasing the flush solution and reusing this sturdy kit.Great instructions and simple work.

This kit came with everything needed for a Tankless water heater flush. I have a Rinnai system.- Bucket- Descaler (single use)- submersable pump- 2 hoses, each color marked (red and blue) for hot and cold- instructions (still follow any other steps with your own unit)- Service log sticker
