This mat is a little higher price wise but material is good. It's anti skid and comfortable. Would recommend.

Used it daily for two and half month till date and found it to be good for yoga and Surya Namaskar. Markings on the surface provides guidance for proper alignment and stretching of body parts. Provides good support for knees. As with all natural rubber products, it's sticky when new but the effect will subside after a month's regular use. I'm using full length turkish bath towel on the top to avoid stickiness which also helps to increase the cushion.

Third time I am buying tego yoga mat. Gave it to my family also....longest lasting yoga mat I have purchased over past 10 years. Expensive but very long lasting material. Use it regularly for my active yoga.
