Premium Kinesiology Tape | 2" x 16.4 ft | Waterproof & Latex-Free (Black, Pink, Blue or Beige)

Love this tape. I have a latex allergy so I'm very happy that Best Path and LLC have this prodcut. I'm using it for a Medial Meniscus tear. Prior to using this tape, my knee was extremely painful when walking and felt unstable.After taping with Tape Dynamics Kenesio tape, my knee feels stable and is less painful. Most of my pain is on the inside of my right knee and it's also swollen. I was doubtful that the tape would work. But being a retired nurse and seeing how taping had helped patients with knee, ankle, shoulder and elbow injuries, I felt I'd give it a try. I was amazed at the relief I got after taping it. It is a high quality tape. Stays on. And very affordable, especially that it works, and provides relief from injuries.

One of the reviewers said they used it to tape up their chest for backless tops/dresses and that's exactly why I bought it too. It works GREAT! I bought the boring beige color but it is the perfect color for my chest. I can raise my arms, move around and the tape moves with you, it doesn't feel like it is going to come loose at all, but it's lightweight and barely creates a seam. I probably wouldn't wear it under satin but then again if I took my time, I probably could create a completely seamless tape bra. I wish I would have known about this years ago. And it doesn't hurt taking it off too, this tape is awesome!

This is the best kinesio tape I've tried/used over the last 6 years. Good adhesive, stays on, and doesn't take your flesh with it when you remove it. A lot of other brands claim resistant to water or waterproof and come up short, this one delivers. Went for a run, dip in the hot tub then showered and it's still in place. In addition this tape stays on and doesn't fringe at the edges either like many others. Very happy with my purchase, would highly recommend to anybody looking for tape that actually works.

I broke both wrists last April. Went to occupational therapy for three months and my therapist had me tape one wrist for added support. I ordered this product hoping for continued good support. The adhesive only lasts for a few hours. It is weaker than expected. However it provides adequate support while it is on. Constant unraveling is frustrating. I would not recommend this product.

Worked great as boob tape! I did a lot of research and settled on this for taping my bobs. It held really well all night, and my large breasts somehow felt light as air! I plan on using a lot this summer so I can wear backless dresses. I've also used it to treat some shin splints and shoulder pain, and helped both heal in about 2 days. AWESOME!

I had never heard of this until my physical therapist put it on my knee during my PT session. She gave me some instructions on how to apply it. I ordered this brand as it seemed to have the highest customer ratings on Amazon. Clear application directions came with it. They are easy to follow. You can't just cut some off & stick it on. These directions show just how to stretch it & apply it. I can't explain exactly how it works, but for me it really seems to help.

Bought this because a PT was applying their own tape and suggested if we bought our own they would apply at no charge. The therapist tape lasted 5 days but when they applied the Tape Dynamics brand we bought here it was coming off in about 12 hours. It was applied correctly by a P.T. but obviously does not have very good adhesive properties. Even though it says water resistant I should point out it was not even exposed to any water at all but still would not adhere. I am not sure how others can rate this tape high when it lasts such a short time!

After reading the directions and following them, I found the material did not even make it through a day. I used it on the knee. After cleaning the skin and rounding the corners as directed, it did not last more than two hours. I tried to return it and found out the product was unable to be returned. Very disappointed!
