The worst product
Received with handle broken. The other handle screw was so loose. Idli plate handle was so small. The lid was so tight and not able to open the cooker. The worst product I bought in amazon

Build quality is fine, but not a practical product
0. First of all the whistle is too loud and annoying personally.1. The top will open with loud noise like a bomb in the middle of cooking. It'll be dangerous if your standing next to it.2. The top lid is very difficult to open if you set it cool before the lid 'explodes'3. Center rod has steel bolt at bottom and plastic bolt type thing at top. when it's hot top plastic bolt will be loose and the whole thing will falls off to the hot water and can cause you injuries.4. If you're lucky enough to take whole plates without falling, when removing the top plastic head it is more likely to be loosen the bottom bolt and screw you again.PS: please let me know if I'm using it wrong. But in any case I'll never cross this path again
