Love the product but bad packaging

I have a lot of thin curly hair and have always had dry hair so I was skeptical about this product. It is small by US standards. 250ml compared to ogx brand coconut curls shampoo bottle (pictured) is 385 ml. It had a been several days since I last washed my hair so I gave it a try. I used my regular shampoo and my ends were tangled (the usual). This product says to put on towel dry hair but I wasn't going to get out of the shower mid wash to do that so after rinsing the shampoo I kind of rung my hair out and washed my body. That gave the hair time to dry out a bit. Then I used this conditioner and omg! I was able to run my fingers through my hair without pulling hair out or getting stuck. Mind blown! No other product have I been able to do this with and always pull out tons of hair as I rake my fingers through my curls while conditioner is on it. After rinsing I got out of the shower, put my hair in a wrap using an old cotton t shirt and after getting dressed took the shirt off my head and ran a comb through my hair. Again no pulling, the comb went right through my hair without pulling out hair. Amazing! I won't use this all the time, but it's definitely staying in the shower!

I've never used a product from this brand before and was so excited to try it out! My hair has had years of abuse from coloring and heat tools, even though I use heat protection spray every time. The bottle waa packaged perfectly, with. Gripper sticker to prevent leaks/spills- PERFECTION. When I went to read the instructions for use, it simply says "apply to towel-dried hair, process for 1-3 minutes and then rinse." Soooo... I have to shower, wash my hair, then dry it with a towel, then stand there awkwardly and rinse it back out... kind of weird, but let's do it. But nowhere on the bottle does it say how much to use. A quarter-sized amount? Teaspoon? Tablespoon? Saturate my hair? Who knows. I opted for the less is more option because the texture is thick and creamy. I did like a quarter sized amount. It spreads evenly, the scent is HEAVENLY. I generally enjoy more scented products, which this is. After my hair my hair dried, it was very silky and smooth. So I think I used the righr away. And oh my gosh, it smells SO GOOD. So overall, I'm super happy with it. Just wish they'd add the proper amount to use.

This Italian made hair conditioner came with the entire bottle wrapped in plastic, which I liked since the cap wouldn’t unscrew and the pump was solidly in a down position. It takes a few pumps to get the thick conditioner out of the body to begin with. The pump only pumps out a small amount of product at a time and even with my short hair I need to pump 3-4 times. This is fine by me, but I just wanted you to be aware of that fact.Now for the important parts. The conditioner has a light pleasant aroma. I left it in my hair for a few minutes and it rinsed out easily. It leaves my my hair smooth, maybe not silky smooth, but with some body in it. After my hair dries, it’s soft and very smooth.Overall I like this luxury hair conditioner.

If you need a better conditioner and have extra money to spend then maybe this is for you. However, I think this is too pricey for how much you get. My go to conditioner is made with organic ingredients and is a lot cheaper. The results of this conditioner doesn’t influencer me to switch over. It also contains DMDM Hydantoin which some people have had allergic reactions to it.
