If you like Aperol, then try this! More sour and very tasty with a great red color! Loving this!!!

Great tasting alternative to Aperol
Less sweet than Aperol, but has a great taste when mixed with Prosecco or fizz. More herby and Christmassy kind of taste

Step up your spritz game!
We discovered The Aperol Spritz many years ago on a trip to Lake Garda, but this is a Venetian take on that theme. Richer and closer to Campari than Aperol, and a gorgeous red, which comes over in your Spritz. To really finish it off, try Fever Tree's Blood Orange Soda as the splash of soda. It also goes very well in an Americano, where it stands in for Campari extremely well, and again the rich red adds a visual improvement too.But try it as Italians intend it, it's an ingredient in a cocktail, not a sip it neat number. There are lots of Italian Amaro's for after dinner, this is a Aperitivo. And a very very nice one too :-)

Makes the best spritz
It's no lie. Select Spritz is a wonderful drink. I'm sure it's good for other combinations but that one is reason enough to have a bottle in your cabinet

Venice has arrived in Scotland!
I love Aperol and it’s light, bittersweet flavour when added to Prosecco, cava or if you’re feeling flush, champagne. However, if you’re looking for a cocktail that is herbier, richer, deeper, this is the one to go for. It’s stronger than Aperol terms of alcohol do a little goes a long way. But it’s rich colour and deep flavour do evoke images. Of the canals in Venice during carnival.
