It's a great product, I've seen much better results in me. But we have to use it with a caution and limit to the US.Caution: have drink plenty of water and also maintain high fiber diet. Else the raw protein shows the side effects.Limit the use: better to use 1kg pack once and move to another brand/type and after a couple of months we can recycle. But never use continuously more than a 1 kgPros: Weight gain, Ease of use, almost immediate resultsCons: No taste at all. (Never expect taste in raw/unflavored protiens), side effects like undigested, gas formation, uncomfortable in stomach etc.. if not used properly(as I mentioned above)And more importantly.. it's a value for money product.

Product is very good.Flavour is awesome and quality is very nice. Genuine whey product. Taste and consistency is like flavorless milk powder, which points to it being genuine. Mixes fairly well, for best results, take a scoop in a cup/shaker/tumbler whatever, add a very small amount of water and mix till all lumps are wet and it forms a paste like consistency, it shouldn't take more than a minute. Cant speak about results yet as i have only had it twice but it does provide a feeling of energy all day. I am only happy now that this product is genuine, as confirmed by taste and authentication label. Unlike a pack of nutratech bulkamino isolate that I bought with this protein which was so blatantly fake it was an insult to a consumer's intelligence.
