Disguise Men's Mr. Potato Head Inflatable Adult Costume

I received rave reviews walking the neighborhood with my grandchildren. This costume is very convincing and it looks GREAT! The person inside (in this case, that was me) is able to "see" through the dark panel mesh that appears as the brim of the hat. I highly recommend this item with one word of warning: because the walking stride is shortened due to the realistic portrayal of Mr Potato, if you are not reasonably fit, you are apt to have a hard time keeping up with other walkers. I have never worn a costume twice, but this one is going to be hard to equal next year, so we'll see...

Only complain would be the fan is pretty weak, if you're in a tight space like moving around people, going through doors, or someone tries hugging you or bumps into you it will deflate quite quickly and then you’re left with a saggy potato head costume that’s struggling to inflate itself back into it’s less saggy shape. People love it however

The costume fit my "baby boy" who stands 6'1" and weighs 290lbs. The fan had no issues airing up and staying aired, unlike some of the other reviews said they had issues with. Perhaps because he has more size to fill the space the little fan didn't have to fill as much. The face pieces are attached with velcro and made for a bit of fun. He said it was easy enough to see out and he could speak and hear with no problem.

This costume is awesome for large guys. I’m about 330lbs. Recommend being careful taking it on and off as it would be easy to the rip the stitching. Only downside is that it’s difficult to walk around in. However, this costume is great for hanging around and getting a lot of attention!

My husband wore this for a skit at church. It was such a funny costume. It did deflate half way through but it was my husbands fault he lost the plug.

It was a hit at the Halloween dance. Takes two people to get it on and off.

I made my nephews whole day showing up to his toy story bday party wearing this! This fit amazing, and even though the weather was hot, the fan inside made it not as bad. So all in all great product!

Bought this costume at the request of my children- it’s a great concept, but truly abysmal quality. For the price, I had high hopes, but for starters, whatever material this is made from is less than paper thin. Not a problem by itself, but paired with a super low-quality, weak clip-on fan motor, the costume only achieves a maximum of about 80% inflation. Not sure if air permeating through the costume because of the sparse material or motor too weak or both- either way, plan on an extra creepy looking Potatohead. Sadly, these issues aren’t my primary complaint- the 1 cent zipper broke an hour or two into a children’s Halloween party- literally just popped off. Needless to say, Mr. Potatohead is now the source of nightmares for all in attendance. Before writing this review, I gave the seller a chance to return or replace, but unfortunately a hard stance of “sorry about your luck” was taken since the costume was worn for two hours before self-destructing. Don’t waste your money on this costume or any others from this seller. Buyer Beware.
